1 HOUR CLINICS FOCUSED ON YOUR CORE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT AND SKILLS

  • Lacrosse specific conditioning and endurance training.
  • Training and development of Positional Skill Sets:  Attack, Defense, Midfield, Goalie
    • Techniques, Foot Stance, Stick Positioning, Dodging, Scooping
  • Every player receives a weekly workout sheet to continue building their skills through independent training.
  • Every player receives a personal post clinic evaluation and development recommendations report. This is sent via email once the clinic sessions have been completed.
