ADVANCED SUNDAY SESSIONS

Sessions focus on players who are committed to developing their skills featuring an advanced training program geared toward training for the spring HS and Youth lacrosse season and Summer travel clubs.  Each week players will be pushed with new drills to hone their skills and understanding of the game.

Weekly Session Plans Feature:

  • Stretch and Warm Up
  • Conditioning, muscle awakening and endurance training
  • Fundamental skill building and repetition, stickwork development (passing and catching)
  • Breaking into groups of position specific training
  • Half field and full field scrimmages
